“Dave is the MAN! One of the best mechanics I've come across in my life. Easy to communicate - just leave a voicemail or a text if he is unavailable. He'll let you know when he is available to take a look at the vehicle and the issues you are experiencing. I explained my exhaust was super loud and the vehicle was driving slower. Part of my exhaust rusted out and he was able to repair it within a day. Fast service and quality work. I had an issue with my brakes only at certain times. He diagnosed it as the ABS Tone Ring on the driver's side CV Axle. He provided a picture, so I could see the damage. He was able to complete the work within a day once the part came in. Quality work! No issues after the fix! My dipstick handle broke off and I wasn't able to check my oil level. He helped remove the old dipstick. He didn't charge me, but I felt it was needed to provide payment for the service. It helped out a lot!”

A nice arrangement of flowers and a box of chocolate were delivered as promised the next day. However, the wow was the great service I received! First, they didn't shame me at all for calling late on a Friday and expecting a delivery the next day. They gladly helped me coordinate an arrangement, then they sent me a follow-up confirmation by text to ensure that the particulars were correct. I also received a follow-up text the next day (Saturday delivery) with a confirmation that the order was delivered and verified to the recipient's address. “The locksmith is located in Fairfax, VA next route 123. He works out of his garage. Today I had made a duplicate of my Toyota Camry key fob. This guy is fast and very detailed oriented. He make sure that the new key opens the door, and the fob can arm, disarm as well and turn on the car using the remote started. Thumbs up! Great job.”

“My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. My sister was pleased with the excellent service provided by Bob, who is a Mercedes Certified Mechanic. She was told she needed both front and rear brakes, but Bob said it only needed rear brakes. He also cleaned her headlight instead of replacing it. It cost her a lot less than what she had anticipated! My Benz was due for maintenance, so I called Global. Again, RT was professional and courteous, and told me I could drop my car off at my convenience. The required maintenance was performed by Bob in a timely manner. Like my sister, I was very pleased with the whole experience! Just before Christmas, I needed my tires on my Jeep inflated properly and I called Global Automotive. RT, again courteous and professional, said I could bring it in that day. While I was there, I pointed out a little scuff on the front bumper I had gotten in a parking garage, and he buffed it out for me. There was no waiting; it took less than 10 minutes, and my Jeep looks as good as new! Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, talented, and courteous! I highly recommend Global Automotive!”

“I started going here when my hair stylist had a loft. She’s since moved but I also found my eyelash tech there too. She’s also since moved but now my nail artist (Elena) from pop nails there and she is amazing! The lofts are honestly beautiful. The entry way has a touchscreen that allows you to see who is in the loft- which is great for finding other talented artists for your needs. The space is also sparking clean. There is ample parking as well.”

“Yu noodles is always one of my go to spots and favorite restaurants at the moment. I always have a good meal here. I came for dinner on Friday. The restaurant isn’t too big and get quite busy during peak hours. Service is prompt and food comes out pretty quickly after ordering. I always get a couple of items per person when I come as the portions are not too big. The items that I always get is the scallion pancake, pan fried pork buns and the Chongqing noodles. The buns have that perfect crisp and are juicy inside. The noodles have an additive salty spicy combination! The cucumber water they give helps quench your thirst as well. Only thing about this place that I would ding them on is that you do feel slightly rushed when dining here. While this is not their fault since the restaurant gets busy and they want to turn over tables quickly. Anyway, I would definitely recommend checking this place out!”

“Kingstown Carpets is a place I would definitely recommend and trust for cleaning and tassel repair of Persian carpets. I hesitated for years getting my small Persian carpet cleaned and repaired because it is an irreplaceable family heirloom and I needed a place I could trust not to damage it. “My 91 year old father-in-law was admitted to the Burke Health and Rehabilitation Center in the last week of January 2023. This was his fourth time staying at this Center. We saw a few nurses that took care of him in the past and they were very happy to see and talked to us, so we immediately felt comfortable. The Administrator, Terrence Kee, was very hospitable, pleasant, and made sure my father-in-law had everything that he needed. Additionally, since we have a large family that came and visited him, he made sure to provide us with additional chairs in the room. The nursing staff here was periodically checking in my father-in-law’s room and were attentive to his needs. He was never neglected and if he needed anything, he would get it in a timely manner. The nurses and nurse practitioners are knowledgeable, friendly, and took very good care of my father-in-law. The Center is situated in a very nice area surrounded with many trees and has plenty of parking spaces, so we did not have to drive around to look for one. Overall, our family was very pleased with Terrence, the nursing and administrative staff at the Burke Health and Rehabilitation Center. We thank them for their loving care and for making my him feel at home.”
