“Worth every penny and more. Although I have only being going to Custom Kinetics (CK) for a little over three months now – it has been a life changing experience. I was coming off a 7-month stint of NO exercise at all! July 2016 I woke up with a pinched nerve in my back and finally had correcting surgery correcting in November. I couldn’t have been in worse shape. I tried a simple walk in the neighborhood and proceeded to fall and fall hard – resulting in a fractured elbow and sprained tendon. CK has changed all of that. Working with Tim for the last three months has awoken muscles and body parts that probably haven’t worked right for years. He challenges me, encourages me and gets as excited as I do when I finally master the movement that has eluded me for a number of sessions. The gym and the atmosphere is very non-threatening. I’ve never gone to a personnel trainer before so it was intimidating – but not anymore. I can’t say enough good things about Tim, Geoff and Custom Kinetics! I’ve only signed up for 6 months – but already know I’ll renew because this is a habit that I don’t want to stop. Thanks Tim!”

When she was in the infant room she came home knowing a little sign language, in the toddler room she learned good manners: saying please and thank you, and is now being potty trained in the Trainers class. “Sunnyside Daycare is phenomenal! In-home daycare with a very homey and professional atmosphere. Noor is the main caretaker and my daughter loves her! The daycare room itself is cute and quaint and the kids have a great time with all of the activities. When it’s nice outside and not too cold, the kids go outside and the soft turf grass in the backyard is great so the kids don’t get hurt if they fall. One of the best things I appreciate are the pictures or videos I receive from Noor! I also cannot complain about the good foods that she cooks for the kids. She is very considerate and respectful of my food preferences for my daughter (who is 10 months old). I HIGHLY recommend this daycare provider!”

If you’re looking for a specialty or dietary food for your four legged family member- I definitely recommend. They partner with local and small batch natural companies and while I was in I was able to chat with one of the small batch dog food companies and they gave me a free sample to take home and try. My dog has a ton of food restrictions and he generally hates all food within his dietary restrictions, but he’s gobbled it up ever since! Definitely don’t miss this shop! They are closed on Mondays though”

Sean was very accommodating and when told we had a tight delivery timeframe he made sure he got to our place early to pick up the couch so our delivery people could bring in the new one. He and his team moved quickly and got the couch out really fast. He was very careful to ensure no walls or doors were damaged during the couch removal too.
