  I was referred by my family doctor to Dr. Marefat to have a Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty after suffering a nose injury. I had a great experience from the very first visit when I was received by his friendly and professional team. Dr. Marefat listened to my concerns and he was very informative, taking the time to explain what I was to expect clearly. The result was optimal and I knew that I had found an expert plastic surgeon whose skills and talent were what I needed for my other procedures. I returned to him for a facial fat grafting, which turned out to be amazing. In addition to providing excellent laser treatments and cosmetic injections, Dr. Marefat removed my scars from an old breast reconstruction. Overall, my health and appearance have tremendously improved. If I ever need a face lift, I know that I will return to this phenomenal surgeon with an artistic eye

  Dr. Marefat is what I would call a well-rounded Dr. He is experienced, he cares about his patients, works hard to deliver the best results, he takes his work very seriously, and through his demeanor, it is clear that he enjoys what he does. Before deciding to have my first major surgery with Dr. Marefat about 5 years ago, I had a few bizarre consultations with other plastic surgeons. Some of them simply tell you what you want to hear or you pick up on inconsistencies in their recommendations after comparing their advice to other surgeons. Some are rude, impatient or treat you like they’re doing you a favor. I settled with Dr. Marefat because his calm demeanor makes you feel comfortable and he focuses on realistic and honest recommendations in the best interest of the patient. His feedback made me feel like he absolutely understood what I needed. I'm still going through the recovery process for my second procedure which occurred recently, but so far, I'm happy with my results. I trust Dr. Marefat and this may have been my second major procedure with him, but it certainly won’t be my last. Dr. Marefat, gets my highest recommendation!

  I have know Dr. Marefat for a very long time as a friend and surgeon. His artistic ability gives him an edge above other plastic surgeons. I have recommended him to family and friends who have had excellent results. Let him create what you want to see in the mirror.

  Dr. Marefat is an excellent physician. If you want a physician who knows exactly what he is doing then Dr. Marefat's practice is where you should go. He is truly one of the best physicians I could ever recommend, and I had my fair share of "seemingly" good doctors pay very little attention to me, or who are just so overtaxed that they do not have the bandwidth to provide the level of service that Dr. Marefat can provide to his patients.
  
  I went to Dr. Marefat for a couple of different health (and also vanity) reasons, specifically acne and general skin health related to hormonal and cystic acne. After several (with emphasis) visits to various doctors including a sequence of visits with my general practitioner and later multiple visits to at least three different highly recommended dermatologists, I could not tackle and contain my acne. I was recommended to visit Dr. Marefat by a friend who had a similar health issue. I was hesitant, as I figured a plastic surgeon wouldn't have the time for this issue. I was totally wrong! Dr. Marefat not only worked with me on a tailored regiment for my skin needs, he documented my progress and really took the time. It was not only healing literally, but a physician who actually could help me see results and give me the time of day started to give me hope again!
  
  I had spent so much time wasted with no results and Dr. Marefat was innovative, reassuring, supportive, adaptive, and his professionalism is superior. If you want what you would should expect but sadly we rarely get in medical care, then Dr. Marefat is your man. The professionalism and level of superior skill is obvious from the moment you step into his office and meet his staff, all the way down to the results you will get. My skin barely breaks out and has been on a path of improvement for about 8 months, all due to the level of care I received from Dr. Marefat and his team. Highly recommended!
