  Dr. Chang is very thorough in searching for answers and listens to the patient; answering your questions and concerns. He is very personable and follows up with phone calls. His thoroughness enabled us to figure out a highly complex issue that would have not been discovered with a less expert ENT. I highly recommend seeing him if you have ENT or suspected airway reflux issues and live in the DC/DelMarVA and WV area. I drive from Roanoke, VA myself.

  I have seen Dr. Chang for allergies and also nasal surgery to fix a deviated septum. He is wonderful! Surgery went well and I no longer have sleep apnea. My allergies are now under control as well. Highly recommended this office!

  My experience with Dr. Chang was nothing short of amazing. I was referred to him by my family physician with what I thought was probably something "routine". Within 10 minutes Dr. Chang correctly diagnosed me as having a rare, quite serious condition. He immediately had me in the ER for IV fluids, etc. He then made sure to see me in his office every day to monitor my progress! I think I may owe my life to Dr. Chang. I am recovering well and, due to his forward-thinking plan of care, I am in the next "round" of treatment with an immunologist. Dr. Chang is always caring and takes the time to explain what is going on and why. Finally, the staff and nurses in his practice are great! I'm an older guy, and have experienced both excellent and not-so-excellent medical care in the past. Dr. Chang's care ranks with the best I have every had. I am grateful.

  Dr. Chang has been our family's ENT for several years now. I know that when I have an appointment at his office I can count on him to be on time and thorough with each visit.

  After 15 years of tonsil aggravation, Dr. Chang immediately scheduled me for a tonsillectomy. He was very kind and explained things thoroughly and called the anesthesiologist right there in the examining room to make sure we could do the procedure. The tonsillectomy itself was fantastic; I had very little pain and a great recovery. I was very pleased with my experience with this doctor.
