My first experience of urgent Care. Pleasant and compassionate staff. They were knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone!
Always fast and professional service. Even though it’s a walk in clinic, I feel like the staff actively listen to me and, are caring. Always received the best treatment when coming here.
I feel pretty compelled to write a review because I’ve had to come here twice in four days- for separate issues. I traumatically broke my finger at work and was seen by Lisa, FNP. She was helpful, thorough, personable. I was so upset and in a ton of pain when I walked in, and due to her quick actions of relieving the pressure in my finger- I left smiling and in much less pain. She had great bedside manner. Fast forward four days, and my daughter has a wicked cough and won’t eat. Because of my experience with Lisa being so positive before, I brought her here hoping Lisa was again working. She was! Lisa saw my daughter, they played for a minute. She treated my daughter like family, examined her appropriately in a non-confrontational way (like play), and determined the issue. Lisa sent in the prescriptions immediately and even made the antibiotics once a day (so I don’t have to fight with my kid). She was so good to my daughter and I that I actually hugged her. The nurse who works here, who’s name escapes me, is also incredible. I highly recommend.
I’ve used this facility in the past and it has always been good to my family. Now, it’s better than ever. They have been taken over by Privia and have a whole new reception staff. They have a lot of great new features: online check in where you can get in line before you leave the house if there’s a wait, virtual visits where you can see you doctor online instead of coming into the clinic, patient online portal system where you can talk to your doctor like an email!!! Wow!!! We didn’t have to wait long and we saw one of their new doctors, April, and she took her time and listened. So refreshing! She had great bedside manner and actually seemed to enjoy her time with us. I love this place! Best local doctors hands down!
