  Today 12/15/2019 is the last day this store is open!
  Employees were told by corporate on Tuesday that the
  location is closing, gee what a nice Christmas gift. The
  employees will be boxing up inventory till the end of the
  year but the store will not be open to the public. This
  was one of the few Camping World locations that was
  helpfull and actually cared about the customers.

  Stopped in at Winchester Virginia Camping World on a Sunday afternoon ( had a coupon and was browsing).... Asked sales person for assistance & information (Martha), she was not only kind, but extremely helpful ... so much that I wanted to take time and acknowledge her. Camping World is blessed to have such a customer friendly associate.

  The team at the Winchester Camping World are phenomenal! Hunter especially always goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of. He’s a true professional. I’m in the store or dropping of my RV at least twice a month and sometimes more. The service is consistently exceptional. This is the only place I go to get my RV serviced and get my camping supplies!

  Hunter and the team at Camping World of Winchester did an excellent job fixing some issues on my new motorhome. Hunter was extremely communicative during the process, calling and emailing with updates. The work was performed without issue and to completion. I drove the extra miles (about 60 to be exact) to have this Camping World do the work because of past experiences. It was well worth the effort.

  Needed a last minute oil change for my Winnebago. Made earliest appointment available for Friday. Amazingly, Dallas called and said an appointment opened earlier on Wednesday. So happy. While I waited every staff person there personally asked if I needed anything and each made me feel welcomed. Guess what else? My appointment only took about 1.5 hours for an oil change AND a generator oil change! I was amazed because last time at another place, I had to wait in their lobby for 5 HOURS! Needless to say, Dallas and his colleagues provided the best customer service and I am beyond grateful! Please go to the Winchester Camping World if you need anything. Their team ROCKS!
