  Can't recommend EVO enough! EVO is not just a gym, CrossFit box, or fitness center. The owner, Scott, is basically a wizard of human movement. All programming is built around moving correctly. Learning to move right is far more important than the weight you throw around. The coaches are trained in Scott's own proprietary methodology, EPIC. I've experienced significant improvements in strength, metabolic, and overall health and wellness thanks to my training at EVO.

  Love this gym! Quality instruction and everyone is so friendly! Clean. Lovely locker room. Child friendly.

  Evo's owners and coaches have been great with my daughter and me. My daughter expressed a desire to learn weightlifting and to be fit in general. The coaches have been excellent teaching her correct form and encouraging her to work hard. I am seeing it build her confidence. Whether it is during a class or in the open gym times, the staff is helpful and attentive. The atmosphere with other members has been great as well. I would highly encourage anyone to check out Evo.

  Evolution Fitness is one of the finest gyms/boxes that I've ever worked out at. I'm happy to be a member. All of the coaches are outstanding and constantly emphasize proper form keeping us safe. Although I've been working out a long time, I learn something every time I'm there. The environment is very open and friendly.

  I love Evolution and its people. This is a great gym for the firebreathers and for those looking to begin their fitness journey. Every workout is scalable so that even the most inexperienced person will receive a safe, complete, and challenging workout. The staff, from top to bottom, are terrific, and most importantly, well-trained. One can rest assured that the coaches will not have them in compromising positions and will tailor the day to accommodate everyone. It's a great place full of great people.
