This place is awesome... all the staff is great.
This was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had when visiting any urgent care/medical place of business. I walked in without an appointment, and Robert/Patrick? took my information and was very professional and pleasant. I waited 5 min before being called back. The nurse was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Jared was also extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was seen by Tommy who was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very clear with his diagnosis and instructions. As miserable as I felt, the entire staff was just incredible! Thank you for helping me feel better and making such an unpleasant situation a very caring and compassionate one!
I was able to make an appointment online same day and they text me a reminder. Upon arrival, I was taken right to registration where Robert took my information and only waited 5 minutes to be called back. Alicia my nurse was conversational while getting all the information she needed. Then, Brianna evaluated my concerns and was able to address my questions. Definitely will use this facility if ever needed again!
