  I had a problem with someone using my debit card while I was not in the state it was being used in. I got an alert email saying I needed to call and verify the transaction. I called and was told to go into any local branch. However there was no branch in the state I was in. So I went through Virginia to Winchester to the branch there. I was directed to a Mrs. Perez who handled everything that was in question effectively. I don’t know how the other people in that branch were. But from my experience I can assure you that from the moment I walked through the door to the conclusion of my business there that I was treated with the most positive , pleasant and professional manner anyone could ever have experienced. Therefore, I give my experience there a high level of excellence as the woman who assisted me was pleasant and very understanding as well as knowledgeable about her job as a personal banker. Wished that the banks in SW Florida were half as accommodating and friendly as the people in northern Va. were. I would certainly make for a much friendly experience and pleasant day for all. This location was 2490 Valley Avenue in Winchester Va.
