Everyone from front desk staff, the therapists and behind the scenes personnel are amazing and friendly. I sit in the waiting room during his appointments and there are toys for the kids waiting, books. I've yet to see a crowded waiting room, which is ideal when it's my 30 minute break every day. Anna & Emily both made a huge difference in my son's speech! We went from acting as his translators to sitting back and letting him handle his conversations.
