    This is my 3rd Volvo, and while I feel loyal to my local dealership, I have to say, Huber has raised the bar for excellence. While out of town in rural Virginia over Thanksgiving weekend, my 3-year old, reliable car broke down, and had to be towed to the nearest dealership in the middle of the night. It was very stressful for me, and this dealership really stepped up! Everyone was courteous, helpful, and flexible. Even though I didn't buy the car there, they supplied a loaner, which was a life saver, and got me out of a tough spot. They kept me informed, fixed it quickly, and even researched my warranty, which ended up covering the cost. My car came back fixed, and clean! On top of everything, the facility there is really quite remarkable. Huge, welcoming, and clean, and there's a garage to pull in/out of. What a luxury, since it was pouring rain, at the time.
    Thank you, to everyone who played a part in turning a bad car experience, into a good people experience.
    Based on this experience, I will seriously consider making the trip to Fredericksburg to buy my next one! Thank you, and kudos to Huber Motor Cars, for going the extra mile.

    The Team at Huber Motor Cars are fantastic. If you are looking for VIP service and a trustworthy partner in your next vehicle purchase, do not hesitate to give them a visit. If things go wrong, they will make it right. From start to finish, our Sales Consultant Nick's attention to detail and follow through reassured me that I had made the right decision. I know that my story is not singular, this is what they do day in, day out, so give them a shot and I'm sure you will be pleased.

    I love this dealerships Mercedes service department. I stick with them because of the care my car and I receive. They thoroughly understand customer service at a level that other car services have no understanding of. Kevin Blevins is a superior service advisor and the support staff in service is also exemplary.
