Keisha, Kenya, Danielle and the entire front desk staff have been nothing, but helpful. Everything was explained to me in a very professional way. Keisha even connected with me when I walked in my son's referral for Dr. Harry. Danielle went out of her way to explain why they could not schedule an office appointment without a referral because it was office policy, etc. We were quickly scheduled for a first patent visit for the very next day. Spoke with Kenya to tell her about my office experience and she said she would relay my message to the manager. Haven't seen Dr. Harry yet, but if he's anything like his staff, I know we will continue to have good experiences.
On February 14 2017 I was involved in automobile accident that I lost 2.5 fingers on my right hand , DR. harry was a Godsend to me during this difficult time ,He always showed me the utmost respect and excellent care, In giving and offering me anything at his disposal financially and medically.
The staff are the greatest , with people like Preston, Patty,Jordan,Shirley and the rest of his awesome staff Give 100% of themselves day in and day out going above and beyond always smiling it was a wonderful feeling to to have my first surgical procedure done by the greatest surgeon in the Fredericksburg area who always puts patients needs and wants first. thank you sincerely Matthew C.
