  I have taken my family to Velocity many times and have had the best experiences every time. Their whole staff is very professional and helpful. I have seen other reviews saying differently, but that has not been my experience at all. Thank you to Michelle and the rest of the staff!! Y’all are awesome!!

  I always receive the very best care at Velocity Urgent Care in Gloucester. Being able to utilize the website to make an appointment is so convenient and easy. Comfortable atmosphere and exceptionally clean environment.
  
  Kira, PA and Matthew, Nurse are an amazing team and I am always glad to be seen by them.

  Normally I go to the VA for medical care, but my partner had recently seen here and raved about her care from Kira - and she learned I could come here if necessary under the Community Care Act through the VA. When I awoke feeling sick a few days after her, I first contacted my VA physician but they were really backed up with the hospital at capacity and the ER nearly overwhelmed. Remembering what she said, I came here. They were extremely busy, but said they would squeeze me in early that afternoon. Better than driving all the way to the VA and likely waiting many hours to be seen, I took the appointment. Happy I did. Mark was great, as were the other staff members I met. Neither of us often leave reviews, but with the busy holiday season and everyone getting sick, we're both grateful for the fast and professional medical care we received here.

  Easily made an appointment online. Was treated by Kira and she was awesome! Very thorough and understanding of both the illness I presented with and the specific concerns I had. I left feeling very confident in the care I received. Very appreciative, hopefully I won’t need to return but if I do I hope she’s working!
