    This place is so good my cat sage had a urinary obstruction which is fatal and I got him back after two long days and the medicine they gave me worked wonders. Also they explained things so well and I’m so grateful for everyone who helped my baby boy! Will definitely come back here if he needs help again.

    The staff here is so kind. They helped us last night when our precious little dog passed away. We are so very thankful for everyone who was there last night. Our regular vet was closed and we were sad to have to go to a strange place, but they were so good to us. Thank you!

    I couldn’t find a emergency location open in Richmond so thankful they were open 24 hours. Staff kind and responsive. Of course a little wait as expected with a ER facility. But good care for my dog. Thank you!
