  Visiting here (Hampton) for the first time for a physical and Tanisha was fantastic. The real-ness and laughter made for a nervous experience to be enjoyable. The entire staff makes you feel as though you are family. I highly recommend this place.

  While visiting the Hampton, Va. Beach area, my wife fell down the steps. We headed to the nearest Urgent Care clinic we could find that our out of state insurance would allow.
  
  These folks were GREAT! The got us in as soon as possible (it was a busy Friday morning) and were very caring and gentle. They got x-rays, spent 20 minutes teaching her to use crutches, and even made calls to ensure we could get into an Orthopedist that same day. This could have been a much worse experience. Thank you to the Staff and Dr.s at this facility!

  This is for the Newport News office. Nurse Kelly (from Hampton I&O) expedited my physical and got me in and out quickly. She is very friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. Dr. Kelly Washburn actually took the time to talk to me, and discuss positive life changes. She obviously took time to read my last year's physical and discussed the changes with me. I felt like a patient and not just another number on a contract. Thank you for caring and for doing a good job!

  This is my first time coming to I and O Medical Center I was sent here by my company for a very large respirator Physical I must say they are very fast, efficient and very friendly. I would definitely recommend any company to send their employees here!

  This is my first visit to this particular clinic. They have an outstanding staff, the waiting time was bare minimum and the entire process was nothing but efficient. I was assigned to RN Kelly who was highly professional in all aspects of her profession. She answered any questions I had, explained to me what was going on and made the entire visit pleasurable. Highly recommended
