It's ok, some really old equipment but I read that the new owner is working to update. Looking forward to that time!

I went in here today to do a small load of laundry and there was a younger gentleman inside cleaning and getting the change machine unstuck. He saw that I was waiting on him to finish and asked me how much change I needed. Told him the amount and he proceeded to just give me what was already in the change machine, I didn’t count it but it had to be well over $6 or more. He informed me his name was Mathew and the place was under new ownership.. Glad to see a business owner actually interacting with his customers and not just sitting behind a desk watching the money roll in. I’ll definitely be returning, I feel welcomed. Excellent location. Today (9/12/2019), when I put my laundry in dryer #4, within 3 minutes the dryer just stopped and the light went out. I had put 75 cents in the dryer. I took my clothes out of that dryer and put them in dryer #5. I had a medium sized load and that dryer didn't completely dry my clothes after putting $1.75 in on the high temperature. I also had problems with the laundry aids machine, where I lost $2.00. Please look into fixing this situation. I come to the laundromat every week because it is convenient to where I live.

New owner has this place phenomenal! Not what it was at all. Peaceful, great working machines with no issues.Cheapest costs in the city. Real "home" feeling. Wish they had a bathroom but they may be building one soon!
