I am an active duty military member who returned from seven years of being stationed overseas. We desperately needed phone service to begin the process of communicating with our families, buying a vehicle, getting into a home and for my new role as a travelling auditor needing as much coverage as possible. After struggling over two days and almost 4 hours with three different representatives on the phone who could not verify my identity--despite me having every single identifying life document on me--Dennis was able to help my spouse get verified and registered. He did this personally despite the store being very busy, and made sure we were doing OK over the course of the two hours we were in his store. This location will take care of you with a manager like Dennis. My spouse and I are extremely grateful to him; he helped us at a very critical and very stressful turning point in our lives. The store is also very clean, has friendly representatives, and a wide stock selection (especially for gamers). We will continue to come to this location with all our needs. “I went for a late lunch (3pm) this past Saturday with my little daughter and was pleasantly pleased with my visit. I believe this is a fast casual restaurant but the food and service was restaurant quality. This is so rare in the Hampton area so I had to write a review about my experience. There was a decent amount of people when I walked in so I expected to wait but the line moved quickly and we received our food without a long wait. Our food was fresh and hot which I wasn't expecting either since we received it fairly quickly after placing our order. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. They made sure everything was ok after receiving our food and even came by to ask if we wanted a box for our leftover food. I hope the owner reads this and knows that the people working around 3pm this past Saturday are doing an excellent job. I've had bad experiences in this area and wasn't really a fan of other Smashburgers I've visited. However, this place; I am now a fan and will be back. Only feedback I have is the floors are super slippery. I almost fell a few times and noticed other customers almost did as well so that's an accident waiting to happen but not enough to take away a star. Well done, Hampton Smashburger!”

Management hasn't opened the doors leading to the machine due to a lack of staffing. So machines are turned off currently. As of 9/23 the machine is on and accessible by the pharmacy doors.”
