He has been very patient with the influx of questions, and has given us ample amounts of guidance and info on our car, which tells me he knows the cars he works on well. We've continued maintenance of the vehicle through him as well, and he has been so accomodating. It has been a lifesaver for our busy schedules. Definitely our first choice when we are in the market for another vehicle.
