Great experience across the board. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, remote set up and efficient website for online acct management.. From my initial move-in which was a seamless process handled by Teresa (then Mgr), my movers and my proxy days before I arrived in MD. to Stephen (curr Mgr) who answered every question, offered info and solutions leading me to transition easily to a slightly smaller unit for a significant savings based on my specific needs. 10/10!!

Extra Space Storage has been a delight to work with. Right after I booked online, they called me to confirm all the details and answer any questions I had. On moving day, they were so helpful. I am so pleased with their staff. They are friendly and professional and happy to answer any questions. Will definitely be recommending them to others!

Stephen and Shenika were BEYOND pleasant and helpful when I lost my keys. The customer service I received was astounding. I was so frustrated and they went out of the way to not only solve my problem but offer a service that I didn’t know about so that it won’t happen again. Stephen explained all of my options and the paperwork perfectly and even swept up the dust in my unit from drilling the lock out. I couldn’t be happier that I chose to store my belongings here. Steve, the manager at Extra Space Storage at Old Mill Bottom Rd Arnold is so knowledgeable and helpful. Have a tractor trailer bringing my stuff here and he worked with me to make it happen. Place is clean and spotless and everyone is nice. Best place on earth. Thank you Steve for making this less stressful for me!

I'be been storing in a climate controlled unit here for about six months. I have to say they have been excellent any time I need a assistance. You never know what you will get when you choose a big name storage place, and often that means no personal attention. That is not the case here. There is a small team working in the office at the location and they do an outstanding job of keeping the place clean and making sure carts are accessible. Any time I have a question or need they have been very helpful to work with me to meet my storage needs. It's nice to know they appreciate their customers. Many places ignore the requests of their repeat customers and focus only on selling new rentals. That's not the case here, what a nice change of pace.

Accepts vulnerable populations that otherwise wouldn't be accepted into traditional nursing homes. For a small setting, they manage well. They accept patients with behaviors, elopement risks, and those involuntarily kicked out of traditional facilities. Not for the faint of heart, that for sure.
