The Shakopee, MN, Sherwin Williams store is awesome. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. One of the only stores I know where I can say that.

I was able to get a color match when other stores couldn't.The service was pleasant.

Ordered some paint online to be picked up from the store. Website gave me some troubles and the final online receipt indicated that something hadn't gone through properly, but by now the store was already closed. The next morning I called to clarify the order, and the employee who answered couldnt have been more pleasant or helpful. The following day I went to pick up the paint and the customer service was terrific. Store and employees were great. Website needs some improvement.

Quickly got what I needed, including advice on the right stain. The service was excellent, and worth paying a little more.

I am thrilled with my Sherwin Williams experience. While we know that they have quality products, their ability to adapt to the Covid crisis has been phenomenal. I felt valued as a customer and appreciate their willingness to keep everyone safe and secure at this time. I will definitely purchase through Sherwin Williams anytime I need paint or supplies. Also, a shout out to Katie, who went above and beyond to help me with a custom order over the phone/via email. Thanks!
