I also love how they set the store. Compared to other thrift stores it's easier to navigate. I'm a huge fan of thrifting and this location is by far my favorite. Children from all points in the line crowd the display case. Parents seemed oblivious to people stuck behind those kids straining to see. That's not the fault of the store but some parents belief that children are more important than adult consumers.”

I am an active duty military member who returned from seven years of being stationed overseas. We desperately needed phone service to begin the process of communicating with our families, buying a vehicle, getting into a home and for my new role as a travelling auditor needing as much coverage as possible. After struggling over two days and almost 4 hours with three different representatives on the phone who could not verify my identity--despite me having every single identifying life document on me--Dennis was able to help my spouse get verified and registered. He did this personally despite the store being very busy, and made sure we were doing OK over the course of the two hours we were in his store. This location will take care of you with a manager like Dennis. My spouse and I are extremely grateful to him; he helped us at a very critical and very stressful turning point in our lives. The store is also very clean, has friendly representatives, and a wide stock selection (especially for gamers). We will continue to come to this location with all our needs. Dennis was the only entity that kept us with Verizon! Big Verizon, if you are reading this--your identity verification process is extremely flawed. “ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT MATT WEBER ARE TRUE! I live in the Richmond area. I had been looking for a vehicle in Richmond for weeks without any luck. I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I was leery of buying a vehicle in another city. Before calling, I decided to check out the google reviews. I kept seeing the name MATT WEBER. I was going to ask for Matt, then decided to leave it up to fate. When I called, to my surprise Matt picked up the line. I am so glad he did. Matt went above and beyond. He confirmed the vehicle was available. I advised I was picking up a rental to get there. We set up a time for me to view and test drive the vehicle. He communicated with me until my arrival. Upon arrival Matt greeted me with direct eye contact, a smile and handshake. I don’t like my time wasted. The vehicle was ready for me. Matt completely put me at ease during the test drive, while pointing out features of the vehicle. Matt was very kind and patient, while answering all of my questions. Matt listened to my needs and was very quick on his end of the paperwork. Matt also helped me with returning my rental in Hampton. Before I could even ask him questions, he was giving me the information. Like he was reading my mind. He was such a joy to work with. It was like working with a friend, all the while maintaining professionalism. I certainly didn’t feel like I was buying the car and getting the boot. I even got a follow up call the next day.
