When they open on Saturday or be on call for 4 hours on Saturday I will give them 5 stars. I actually would like to give them 4 1/2. HEY! OPEN ON SATURDAYS FOR YOUR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS.......pleeease
I purchased an Ariens Zero-turn mower from a MD based dealer and it was lost in transit (and still hasn't been found by UPS Freight). The mower was going to be delivered to my son's new home and the one acre of grass had not been cut in weeks. I was desperate to find another local source for a mower and found LaVoie Equipment Sales via an internet search.
I initially spoke with Johnny, the grandson of the owner and he did not have the model I was seeking. Shortly after I hung up, he called me back and told me he wanted to help me. After several calls, I was impressed with Johnny's willingness to assist me and to find a mower that fit my budget. I secured some additional information overnight from my son about the storage shed dimensions where the mower would be housed.
Johnny offered me a significant discount on an Ariens 52 inch XL model, which was an upgrade over what I had ordered from the MD dealer. It provided 10 inches add'l. width, bigger tires and a commercial trans-axle. I bit the bullet on the extra cost because Johnny offered to deliver it this afternoon so my son can cut the grass tonight!!
This review just evaluates the service received from LaVoie Equipment Sales during the sale...it has been superb! Johnny was wonderful to deal with, took the time to answer my numerous questions and was very efficient in finalizing the sale over the phone. I'm confident the post-sale service will be every bit as good as the service extended to me today.

I recently brought a mower from this company. The mower fuel switch broke on me took mower back and they were able to fix problem luckily on spot usually a 24hr turn around anyhow the fixed my issue and got me back mowing quickly side note landscaping is my side hustle and Dealer Support really matters .Be Blessed
Got great service, very rapid turnaround on my leaf blower repair, all at a very fair price. An excellent choice for anyone in need of small engine/lawn equipment maintenance. Highly recommended.
