Excellent customer service!! We were traveling cross country and AC broke during heatwave. In at 815 and out buy 11am. Saved our day and our trip. Highly recommended

It's best to bring your RV into them. They answer the phone, call people back in a timely fashion, best prices in town. I have used them twice in a month for water leaks. They've been very kind to me. I would give them even higher than 5 stars if I could! Will definitely bring my RV back there if I ever have another problem while in Richmond.

On point customer service knowledgeable about industry and parts patient on phone assistance had the part in stock new water heater. New unit works great. Thanks yall ! I know where to go now for my RV parts !

I have been a customer of RV Service of VA since 2008, when I brought them my second camper in need of some major repair work from water damage. They restored that one to pristine shape and I got another 6 years of full-time use out of it, with occasional stops here for routine maintenance and repairs. They always go beyond what's expected, charge a fair price and treat each and every customer like family. Yes, they are very busy and there's a good reason for that. They provide a great service and people bring their RV's from miles around to take advantage of that.
