  Wow, where to start!
  I have been impressed since I made my appointment online. Aspen Dental made it super easy for non tech savy folks like me to no only schedule the appt but doing all the pre-registration as well.
  As far as my appt., they went above the CDC standards to ensure the safety of their patients but for their staff as well. Not once did I feel uncomfortable in the waiting area's or exam rooms.
  I have several issues to attend to and everyone I came in contact with were patient, funny, helpful, insightful and Dr. Kate has fantastic taste in Authors. Every thing was explained to me in a way I understood. All of the whys', hows', and whatfors' were answered. After xrays, came the consult with the doctor. Dr. Kate is fantastic. She's bright, cheerful, and has a genuine compassion for her patients. She explained all of my options to me and why this one would work better as apposed to that one. She addressed my anxiety with compassion and understanding. She was straightforward and didn't sugar coat any topic yet achieved this through understanding and talking with and not to you. Excellent job Dr. Kate.
  When it came to finances, Allison was very diligent, and left no stone unturned to be able for me to correct my dental health. I tip my hat to Allison, she's a delight.
  I have since started my dental journey toward total health and I'm excited.
  I know I've only named to ladies in this review but my pleasure in the experience is dedicated to every member of the Mechanicsville, Virginia office. Thank you seems so little for the comfort and compassion you give to all of your charges.

  Dr. Simon is amazing. She’s thorough, kind and patient. I had an incident where she worked through it diligently. I was nervous Initially to change dentist due to my policy and from the very beginning she was not only helpful but reassured me that changing was one of the best decisions. She came in the room and checked on me mutisme times even when another dentist performed work on me. She was very concerned and it showed. My wife and I are very appreciative of Dr. Simon and her team.

  Everyone here was AMAZING and so so kind. They walked and talked me through every step, and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and safe. Truly recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done; these are great and wonderful people. They also have TV's in most room you'll be in so there's always something to keep you distracted while you wait.

  I was very nervous. The dental assistants were very kind to me. They helped put me at ease. The dentist was gentle and reassuring. My extraction went smoothly Aspen dental was very affordable. Thank you all so much.
