“Was in a jam the other day (HUGE JAM, NOT GOOD). Called and spoke with Lorraine late in the day, about 3PM. We needed a few specific electrical connectors for a customers truck that we could not find anywhere. With that being said this company did offer the connectors I needed, But they had to be put together! I desperately needed them to be shipped overnight or else I would be in a terribly bad position. Lorraine took the time to make it happen & was such a pleasure to deal with! The next morning the parts arrived EARLY & we were able to get the customers truck repaired & back in service! Saved our A&&'es to say the least. Thank You Lorraine, You Are The Best!!! XOXOXOXOX”
