(October 5, 2019, 5:57 pm)R.J. Tilley came out and installed a new Toto Drake toilet for us and we could not be happier with the process. The installer that came to our house was professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He was able to answer all of our questions and explained everything that he was doing and why. After he had completed the job he made sure that any mess that was made during the installation was completely gone. He basically mopped the bathroom floor. I had used R.J. Tilley for jobs in the past and would not hesitate to contact them again for any job large or small.

(August 30, 2019, 10:56 am)So I was unhappy at first with the job that was done. The manager promptly sent another crew out to fix my issues. The promptness and courteousness is unheard of in my opinion and I am extremely happy with the job they have done. I would definitely hire them again.
