I have been going to this office for over 20 years. I have never had trouble like the ones described by the other reviewer. There are very, very few doctors that I like, and I like Karen Frye, Julie the other FNP, and Dr. Sasser very much. I like that the office is small and comfortable - you don't walk 5 miles down the hall to find your doctor or exam room. I have never had prescription trouble.
