There was one employee that was let go for making some very rude and vulgar comments to a female customer in front of me. Peter looked at video and problem was solved. I highly recommend that people consider ordering ahead of time. It makes for pick up to be fast and seemless. Great staff works here. They are usually friendly. “I cannot thank David and Lynn enough for them help they've given me with several power equipment projects. I've brought them a generator that had been left outside, in started for 2 years and David got it up and running. “From start to finish my experience with Ferber Tire and Auto was professional and courteous. I called, made an appointment quickly. I brought the car at the designated day and time and quickly checked in. A few hours later I received an email of other issues that would need to handled in the near future. Everything was easy to read and understand as far as what was needed and what the price would be. I confirmed online what I wanted to be done and declined the work that could be held off. “Was in a jam the other day (HUGE JAM, NOT GOOD). Called and spoke with Lorraine late in the day, about 3PM. We needed a few specific electrical connectors for a customers truck that we could not find anywhere. With that being said this company did offer the connectors I needed, But they had to be put together! I desperately needed them to be shipped overnight or else I would be in a terribly bad position. Lorraine took the time to make it happen & was such a pleasure to deal with! The next morning the parts arrived EARLY & we were able to get the customers truck repaired & back in service! “Long story short, my husband and I picked up my car from the body shop only to end up at Autozone with a dead battery and a corroded terminal an hour and a half later. The amazing people (Cle and Tyler B.) at AutoZone stayed with us and attempted to get the old terminal off to put a new one on for close to an hour, even bringing us trash bags to cover up my windows that no longer could go up when it started to rain. When the general manager (Cle) realized my car required electrical work, she spent 20 minutes calling around to see if any shop was still open (at 8:00 on a Friday night) to help us. She ended up getting a hold of someone who showed up in 5 minutes and saved the day. Those wonderful people did not need to take all of that time (over 2 hours on a Friday night) to make sure that my husband and I were okay and that my car was fixed, but they did with smiles on their faces. I can’t say enough good things about AutoZone. If you need an auto parts store, head to AutoZone off 360 in Mechanicsville. There are still good people in the world.”

Today, the crew evidently achieved a good rating and their manager made good on a promise to have a little pie-in-the-face managerial fun! I just happened to be there as they celebrated, and snapped a couple pics. What a great crew! This is just a WaWa right...? Nope. It really is a bit more. The staff at this place just always seem to be good-natured and they are customer focused. The coffee is GREAT and the food assembled fairly quickly (depending on the time of day) and is always good. Even their preassembled salads are good. Good, clean, consistent place to get gas and a bite to eat or drink.”
