“This is truly a "hidden gem" nestled back in a little commercial area just inside of Hanover County along the Henrico County line where Staples Mill (Rt 33) turns into Mountain Rd. It isn't much to look at, but they are friendly & skilled professionals. I have had body work done to a total of 4 vehicles here. Some via insurance, some self-pay. Outcomes were excellent, nearly perfect every time. The staff has helped me work with my insurance company, the rental car companies, and given me many suggestions to save money when appropriate. These are some down-to-earth people who take pride in what they do, and it shows in their customer service and their actual vehicle repairs. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, after the positive experiences we have had at Murphy's!”

“I've been here twice.... The first time was to fix a flat tire. The service was great and the price was good.... They fixed it quickly and the man at the counter was very nice. The second time was to get my son's tires balanced. This time the price was good and they did a good job but the man who helped us was not very friendly. He wanted like we were bothering him. I would go back there again but if Mr. Unhappy is still the same, it will be my time.”

“Late last year Chem Dry of Henrico cleaned the carpets on the home I was selling, and they did a great job. Old pet stains in one bedroom had magically disappeared. Once we moved to our new home, I noticed our sectional sofa was looking kind of dirty. I called Chem Dry, they set up an appointment that worked with my schedule, and the results on the couch are outstanding - it looks almost new. It did take a little bit longer than expected to dry, but it was well worth the wait. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”
