  The Virginia Cliffe Inn was the highlight of my road trip. Mark was so incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and well kept. It was so fun walking the property, and learning about the history of this beautiful mansion. We stayed in the suite with its own private balcony, which was incredible. The bathroom looked newly renovated, with a nice shower, fresh towels, and everything else you may need. Mark made us a delicious breakfast in the morning. Also, down the road is a beautiful park where you can fish, picnic or play outside. Absolutely no complaints about this beautiful hidden gem! Loved staying here and am already looking forward to our next visit!

  We held our wedding at The Virginia Cliffe Inn last weekend, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. We had to postpone our event from May of this year to August, but the staff at VCI were more than accommodating to the changes that needed to be made. Amanda and Janice are always quick to reply, which was great because as a bride i had a million questions! I highly recommend the Virginia cliffe inn to host your wedding, the grounds are gorgeous and well kept. I loved having the bridal suite for my girls and i to get ready and the groomsmen enjoyed the grooms cabin. Overall amazing venue with a great staff.

  My wife and I stayed here for our 4th anniversary! Such an amazing choice! Mark’s hospitality was STELLAR with 5 star service! This will become our only lodging destination whenever we come to the Richmond area moving forward! The food and accommodations were excellent and served with a smile and with gratitude! Thanks for the fresh flowers, strawberries, cupcakes and some bubbly for our special night! Again everything was top notch and we cannot wait to come back for another stay!!

  My wife and I stayed here for our first anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The service was incredible. The building, and views were gorgeous, the breakfast was freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious, and the area was very nice, and easy to navigate. It was worth every penny, and we will definitely be staying again.

  Staying at the Virginia Cliffe Inn over Memorial Day weekend was a WONDERFUL treat! Mark attended to our family's every need and made a DELICIOUS Breakfast. The home and grounds are absolutely beautiful. My stepson kept asking, "Can we move here?" To which I responded by asking my husband, "Can we move here?"
  The Inn is perfectly located just outside of Richmond which allowed for a quiet night's sleep in a very comfy bed.
  I'm already brainstorming ways to stay here again.
