  While shopping for myself at Rick Hendrick Cadillac, and also trying to help a friend find a car,
  Kimberly White has been most helpful. Kim goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her knowledge of the product is impressive. Her ability to multitask reminds me of myself in many ways. Her smile, and concern for all that she works with is refreshing.
  Kim’s goal is to get the job done. Find what you’re looking for, create financing if needed, and calmly get you in and out of the dealership without being held hostage all day. All this while walking in high heels. My hats off to Kimberly White and Rick Hendrick Cadillac.

  I visited Rick Hendrick Cadillac not sure exactly what vehicle I wanted to purchase and I was very apprehensive about shopping for a vehicle by myself from the start of my search. Kimberly White, Sales Representative assisted me. She brought me in her office asked me great questions about what I was looking for and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. Kim was very attentive, her Cadillac knowledge, professionalism and energy went above and beyond what I anticipated with superior customer service from Kim and management.
  I will definitely recommend Rick Hendrick Cadillac and Kimberly White to all of my clients when their interested in purchasing or leasing their next vehicle and preferably a Cadillac.

  We called Rick Hendrick on a whim and with a bit of hope. We were looking for a vehicle that was seemingly impossible to find but the website said they had exactly what we were looking for. At this point we had already called six other dealerships across the country whose websites claimed they also had the exact vehicle in stock, but were already sold. The first time we called Rick Hendrick we spoke with John Butler (very nice phone presence). He told us the same dreaded news, the vehicle was already spoken for😢 but he did say that he would keep us posted on whether or not the deal moved forward. I wrote it off as a bust and we were ready to not purchase a new vehicle. On a Monday night I received a call from John Butler asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. 🥳 The next morning we met John before the dealership even opened and proceeded with the deal. Here's the thing about John and Rick Hendrick. While almost every other dealership we spoke with seem to be taking advantage of the current world circumstances and taking advantage of people by tacking on unethical "premiums" that range from $10-25k on top of sticker price, Rick Hendrick did not. The deal was exactly what was advertised, the employees were amazing and so very friendly, we were there for a while and it was like spending the day with family. We highly recommend Rick Hendrick AND John Butler for any vehicle you need!

  Just bought a Jeep Wrangler from Rick Hendrick Cadillac last week. Andrew Dionne was my sales rep, and he was wonderful! Very helpful with addressing any concerns I had, professional, honest, and has remained helpful with any questions or issues I've had after the fact. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

  Rodney Jackson, just WOW! The most professional salesperson I’ve worked with to date. He greeted me at the door immediately, wasn’t aggressive with his approach and had me out the door in the vehicle I wanted, not what the lot was trying to move. He made sure I received top dollar for my trade in and to be honest, he just made me feel really comfortable with the entire experience. Listen, he’s as honest as they come. I like to to get to know who I’m working with too. He’s a family man, loves his wife and kids and is dedicated to the Cadillac brand, which when you buy a Cadillac it’s basically becoming a family member. I left my wallet in the center console of the vehicle and didn’t realize it until I got home. Called Rodney and asked him to hold it for me until the next day. He stopped me from going any further and asked for my address. Said he was bringing to my residence. Rodney is the one, as long as he’s with Cadillac, I’m with him…hands down the best! 10 STARS all day long! Thank you very much Mr. Jackson! P.S. He’s a veteran too!
