Kim & her staff are the ultimate in customer service and satisfaction. I have been with Kim for 24 years. Every time I contact their office, they are responsive and know the answer. Sometimes I even talk to Kim herself & she is so pleasant and happy to answer questions. I don't think I could possibly be happier anywhere else :-)
