Finally! A great Philly cheesesteak!

When getting a Philly cheesesteak around Richmond, I usually don't wonder if I'm going to be disappointed. It's more like: how disappointed am I going to be? Not here!

Holy cow! Best cheesesteak I've had in Richmond area, hands down. Soft, fresh bread; melty-stringy cheese; perfectly seared, juicy steak. They must have put a pound of steak in a 12" sub. (Photo is of half the sub.)

If you like Philly cheesesteak too, then hurry and get one before it closes!

Definitely the best subs in this area. Worth driving 20-30 minutes if not from the area. We got the regular Italian and the cheesesteak. Both 12 inches. They have a large menu with vegetarian options but I would call ahead to check on the availability. Experienced wanting to purchase an item and there were none for sale. We dined in (counter service) and their hospitality was great.

Best Italian sub in the RVA area hands down. Generous amounts of meat. Seasoning is on point. This sub was perfect. I will go out of my way to get a sub here from now on. The place was not busy - went at 2pm on a Wednesday - and the guy behind the counter was nice. Give them a shot!

I found where the meat wagon was hiding. The subs here are absolutely delicious and abundant with meat and fixings! The rolls are very fresh and compliment all that meat very well! I'll be back soon for sure!
