  Best kept secret in west end. I am so happy I decided to try out Guiding Tree Yoga! I meet new people every session and the vibe is chef’s kiss. I’ve only taken sessions with the owner. the owner is really intuitive and knowledgeable. Thanks to the warm atmosphere she’s created I feel that I can try new poses without regretting it the next day and melt into shavasana at the end. You can trust that every session is cued with the right mix of unique and predictable. The prices are very affordable. You really get your moneys worth with unlimited passes. This is a far cry from studios that are so expensive a patron can’t afford to be a regular. Can’t recommend the studio enough. 💋

  Life Changer!!! I always hated yoga classes even though it was suggested by several health professionals that yoga would help with many of my muscle issues and overall body health. Then one of my Pysical Therapists suggested I try a session with Caleigh. From the very first session, I was hooked. I continued working with Caleigh in private sessions, then began attending a class she was teaching regularly, then adding classes at my local gym. I recently had left hip replacement. Because of these last 10 months of working with Caleigh and, thanks to her for giving me the confidence to add yoga classes to my weekly routine, I have healed very quickly and gone from surgery to walking without any support in one and a half weeks. As soon as I am able, I will return to Caleigh for help with my rehab and gradual return to my regular gym routine. Caleigh is not only an RN, but she takes her yoga studies very seriously. Every session with her is designed for your specific body and your specific needs. She is a very gifted and loving guide and I am so grateful to have found her.

  I practiced yoga for years and in 2018 I had a traumatic brain injury. I was left paralyzed on the left side of my body. Caleigh has helped me recover from the lasting damage that I never thought would heal. She is literally a life savor and I would highly suggest working with and learning more about yoga therapy.

  I first starting having one-on-one yoga classes with Caleigh in November. I had never done yoga before and was interested in finding a safe way (thanks Covid) to exercise and find stress relief. From the first day, Caleigh was attentive and crafted classes specific to my needs and desires. I also am so pleased with her Covid precautions. We wear masks throughout our session and remain appropriately distanced. Caleigh has detailed Covid policies in place and is conscientious about enforcing them. I did not expect to enjoy yoga this much or carve out budget space for one-on-one yoga sessions but I'm so glad I did and will continue scheduling with Caleigh as long as she offers sessions. I cannot recommend her practice enough and would say if you're on the fence definitely schedule the introductory session to give it a try before deciding what to do- you won't regret it!
