Been a customer for almost 2 years now and have been very pleased with the management. Whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, they've taken care of it very quickly! Shout out to Karen who handled my latest call!!

Needed to get in and out of a storage unit quickly. Easy to get in less convenient to get the things out. Jessica is the ONLY reason I am giving this particular location 5 stars — my experience with the management Jacqueline has been below average, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this location because of the lack of service on Jacqueline and her team. If you need storage go elsewhere unless this location starts being serviced by people who truly enjoy being of service!
Jessica drove from another location and waited almost 2 hours to open up the office on a weekday. Jessica is a role model employee and she is truly kind as a human being.

Staff was always super helpful, caring and professional. Jackie helped me through the move-out process recently, and she epitomized stellar customer service. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a convenient storage solution.

I give this this storage location 5 stars cause if there was 10 I would. I am very pleased with the safety and security of this location.
Most important aside from the above, is Customer service.

Hands down Jackie and Valerie have always answered all my questions. They are pleasant to speak to. The customer service they provide is above excellent.
