  Hypnobirthing with Joy was the most significant factor in having an amazing birthing experience. Through hypnosis I was able to reframe my fears of the birthing process into one that was magnificent. I got to
  6 inches dilated with zero discomfort. Nurses marveled at my tranquility.
  When I came upon a wall in my labors progress, my doula, Heather McLees Frazier, had the knowing to contact Joy for assistance.
  Joy immediately provided Heather with a script to read to me and it was exactly what I needed to break through emotional traumas that were blocking my labor’s progress.
  I cannot possibly tell you how beneficial, transformative, and applicable Joy’s help has aided me in the delivery room, and beyond into my day to day life.
  Listen to the recordings each night as instructed and it’s even okay to fall asleep during the Hypnosis. I did many times!
  Joy is a Joy to work with and will bring joy to you and your baby’s experience.

  Hiring Joy was by far the best investment we could’ve made to memorialize our birth - worth every single penny! Joy brings such a warm & calming presence to any space she enters and is an absolute gem. Our pictures are so special we are blown away with how perfectly she captured the most important moments of our lives. I wish I’d known how meaningful it would’ve been to have photographed my prior births as I only have a couple gritty cell phone images from my other births. Do yourself a favor and invite Joy to photograph your birth, you won’t regret it!

  Joy took the most amazing pictures of my daughters birth. She captures the small details and raw emotion. I was also impressed with how discreet she was. I honestly didn't notice her in the room. I am forever grateful to Joy for my daughter's beautiful birth pictures! I also took her hypnobirthing class and 10/10 recommend! I felt so calm and prepared to give birth. I can't say enough good things about Joy!

  Joy was so informative and helpful to us in preparing for our first baby, we came back for a refresher course when we were expecting our second! Her calm but knowledgeable delivery of both information and hypnosis is both soothing and empowering. I had the unmedicated birth I’d always envisioned for myself, largely thanks to Joy’s helpful preparation classes. I recommend her classes to all my expectant friends! If you are considering an unmedicated birth, please sign up for her classes - you won’t regret it!

  I cannot recommend Joy enough!! We were lucky enough to have her as our Birth Doula, Hypnobirthing Teacher, and Birth Photographer. As a doula, she was such an amazing support. So much so, that when I found out she had arrived at the birth center with us, my chant for the next contraction was “Joy, Joy, Joy” 🤣 True story! Her Hypnobirthing classes are equally amazing, and prepared my husband and I by giving us some amazing tools that made a huge difference in my birth experience. How she was able to take photos while also supporting my birth as a doula, I have no idea but those pictures came out just beautifully as well. I also saw her for Reiki, Accupressure, and Hypnosis, and had incredibly positive experiences with those as well. If we ever have another baby, I couldn’t imagine doing it without Joy.
