“Compared to other places, the people at Accel have been so much more responsive, prompt, and thoughtful. I trust them to do a good job. I actually got a call today from Brian letting me know well ahead of time that he was running late and might be arriving a little outside the time window. With other places, nobody will give any heads up, and they might not show up at all. Brian did a great job and took the time to answer all my questions. He even brushed the cobwebs off the windows! The termite treatment guys were very nice too. They were able treat my tiny crawl space and seemed very thorough. Another pro is that their mosquito treatment uses essential oils and shouldn’t hurt pollinators. I wasted time and money with other places first, so hopefully this will save you that effort!”

“I first had my consultation for a Breast Reduction in December of 2019 with Dr. Kale. I have had back and neck problems for a while. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything from beginning to end as what I should expect. We went over what size I wanted to go to, recovery time,etc. He submitted everything over to insurance and they covered it. Fast forward to surgery day, everything went great. Went back to my first POV and the results were AMAZING!!!!!! He got me down to a perfect size and shaped them perfectly. If you are ever in need of a Breast reduction etc Dr.Kale is the guy. His staff are very nice and help you with any questions you have.”

“My boys started here at 4 and 8. I was surprised at how well our 4 yo did, and how much Master Kelly accommodated to his age. In 2 years they have developed so much. You earn belts and strips quickly in the beginning, which is rewarding as the parent as well as the child. But Master Kelly doesn’t just move them up because they show up, but bc they earn it, they practice and they make an age appropriate effort. Age appropriate being key! All ages are encouraged to make perfect practice. Perfect practice makes perfect! I’m very happy with my choice to enroll the boys here!”

“We met Dr Valmores when we were in recovery after labor. He came around and checked on the newborns. We hadn’t had a Pediatrician yet because we just got Medicaid and the one we picked does not accept. He was very thorough, professional and kind. Very soft spoken as well. He offered his assistance. And we accepted right away. We had a follow up for the next day after we were released from the hospital and we had notice jaundice was getting pretty obvious and our son was not peeing or pooping. Dr valmores did some tests and sent us to the ER. Our son had a couple of things wrong due to his bilirubin count being so high and they held us for 2 nights. When we were being released from the hospital he came by and checked on Liam 😢😊 Even let us make our appointment there in the hospital. He is such a genuinely nice and caring person. We are very impressed. We are very happy with our choice. Highly recommend. 10/10”

“I began seeing Dr. Joy 4 years ago. Before Dr. Joy, I went through 5 pediatricians that didn't seem to care or spend time needed answering questions. One pediatrician actually refused to see us from a $20 balance they failed to communicate to us that went to collections in our credit report! Another told me "it was ok for my child to suffer from a fever of 103.9 and to go back to sleep and not call them." (This was the first after hours call I had to make). Knowing better, I took my son to the emergency room and the Doctor there said if I had kept him at home he would have died from a horrible case of pnemonia. He actually recommended I switch Doctors from all the complaints they were getting! So needless to say, transitioning to Dr. Joy was "literally" a healing moment for our family. Dr. Joy is amazing. She is thorough, knowledgable, compassionate and understanding. She is also kind, loving an definitely has one of the best sense of humors! In the past, I would call other clinics to talk to my Pediatrician they would have a nurse call back which could be confusing sometimes when your child needs something complex. Dr. Joy takes time to return your call directly. The clinic is always so pleasant. Even when we don't see Dr. Joy every clinician there at both locations is amazing. One time we were struggling financially and experincing challenges with our health insurance. Instead of making us feel horrible and turning is away the accounts office was so kind and is working with us still. Dr. Joy says "Don't allow things like that to keep you from coming to see me, there's always a way." I highly recommend this Pediatric Clinic especially for new Moms. They are very informative and patient with their clients. I speak of Dr. Joy but all the Doctors here are wonderful too. They even have a walk in sick clinic and Sat hours! I am so grateful to have found them. They are worth every penny and more. Blessings to them and you!”
