“This was my first time renting, as well as my first time in an apartment. My expectations were blown out of the water! There was so much space, and everything was well designed. The maintenance team was spot on. When I first moved in, I let them know that the seasonal change had caused a board to pull up on the balcony-they fixed it immediately. At one point, they even changed a lightbulb for me-no questions asked. They were great about respecting the timeline I specified in my work requests, which was really important to me, as I work long, overnight shifts. Everyone that works at the property is absolutely amazing! Betsy at the front desk makes sure she gets to know everyone, their preferences, and even their pets! She remembers the name of my bunny, of all things! This was a temporary stop, but it truly felt like home!”
