I have placed orders with several companies with varying degrees of satisfaction. The Richmond, VA location of Johnson Fitness (specifically Dan Pajic) is the only company that was completely transparent and lived up to all of its commitments. I have placed two separate orders with them. One was delivered prior to the promised delivery date, and the other was delivered on exactly the promised delivery date. The people that delivered and assembled the equipment were top-notch. They did a great job assembling the equipment and were extremely polite. They were also sensitive to my concerns about having people in my house during the pandemic and were happy to take the precautions that I requested. As I fill out my home gym, Johnson Fitness will be the first place I go.”

“Compared to other places, the people at Accel have been so much more responsive, prompt, and thoughtful. I trust them to do a good job. I actually got a call today from Brian letting me know well ahead of time that he was running late and might be arriving a little outside the time window. With other places, nobody will give any heads up, and they might not show up at all. Brian did a great job and took the time to answer all my questions. He even brushed the cobwebs off the windows! The termite treatment guys were very nice too. They were able treat my tiny crawl space and seemed very thorough. Another pro is that their mosquito treatment uses essential oils and shouldn’t hurt pollinators. I wasted time and money with other places first, so hopefully this will save you that effort!”

“We met Dr Valmores when we were in recovery after labor. He came around and checked on the newborns. We hadn’t had a Pediatrician yet because we just got Medicaid and the one we picked does not accept. He was very thorough, professional and kind. Very soft spoken as well. He offered his assistance. And we accepted right away. We had a follow up for the next day after we were released from the hospital and we had notice jaundice was getting pretty obvious and our son was not peeing or pooping. Dr valmores did some tests and sent us to the ER. Our son had a couple of things wrong due to his bilirubin count being so high and they held us for 2 nights. When we were being released from the hospital he came by and checked on Liam 😢😊 Even let us make our appointment there in the hospital. He is such a genuinely nice and caring person. We are very impressed. We are very happy with our choice. Highly recommend. 10/10”

“We had a local lady make some heavy duty curtains for us, but upon bringing them home they smelt of cigarette smoke! I had no clue where to take them to get that awful odor out, but then I came across Shores Fine Dry Cleaning. Being new, I really didn't know who to take the curtains to, or if it would be possible to totally eliminate that odor. I took them to Shores at their busiest time, when the furniture market fair was in progress, nonetheless, they still got the majority of the curtains back to us within the week, and they were clean without any odor at all. I was super impressed, but even more so as a result of the fact that these were floor to ceiling heavy and fully lined curtains that didn't fill our home with that awful odor anymore.
