(May 17, 2018, 2:45 pm)Dr. Adams always takes the time to listen to what I have to say. I also feel that she actually knows me and treats me as an individual, instead of just another patient. She makes remarks such as "This works for a lot of people, but might not work for you." This shows me that she knows about my medical history and is taking it into consideration. I have always had a reasonable wait time, too.
