We called H. Jack’s when our heat stopped working over the weekend and they came out the same day. They repaired our furnace and told us what to watch for since our house is over 20 years old. The technician gave us options and was informative and said what he recommended to get us through the winter if we didn’t want to replace the furnace now. The heat has been working fine since and we’ll call H. Jack’s again when we have to replace it. Thank you!

My husband and I had a leaky pipe and also needed the pipes reconfigured. Within an hour Alex arrived. The repair took longer than expected, but Alex gave us an amazing discount! My husband did assist Alex with the repair, but the total cost was less than $100!!! I could not be happier with our service! Alex was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He also gave us a list of all the additional services HJack offers. On top of that, he inspected some other areas of our house we need some work on, so he took photos and said he would email us an estimate. Very satisfied and I would recommend 100% Thank you, Alex!!

Should have called them first!
Ron came out to our house promptly and fixed a no draining shower clog in literally five minutes, maybe less. The company that was out the day before spent a couple of hours trying to snake it with no progress.
Ron was friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be reaching out to H. Jack's first the next time we have an issue!
