It really feels like the owners really care about their business investment.
Service requests are taken care literally faster the a delivery order from Jimmy Johns Subs.
I just wish that most people living there would see it as their real home, even though it is a rental community, it feels like it is yours, and it should be treated like if it were yours, as a whole. Not just another transitional rental place where no one cares. Take good care of this nice community, because this may be the last home you or anyone may ever have.
(October 2, 2019, 7:33 pm)Great location. There is so much to do in this area. I lived in this townhouse community in various units, as I started in a 1 bedroom and ended up in a 3. The experience didn't go without its frustrations, however management always stepped up to handle any issues. Most importantly they were honest and we moved out on good terms with our entire security deposit as we left our townhouse clean. I would recommend them to other renters.
(July 17, 2019, 1:10 pm)I have been living at the Carriage Homes for a couple years now and it is by far the best apartment community i've find in the area! Melissa and the front office staff are very helpful,kind,and always answer any questions I may have in a quick and timely manor. The maintenance staff (Jason and Chris) have always acknowledged and completed my work orders extremely FAST and they do the job right the first time! The community is always kept clean (no trash or debris),they are always on top of the communities landscaping,and most importantly the neighborhood here is always quiet and everyone is very good about keeping the noise down after the 8pm. If you're looking for an apartment community that has an outstanding staff,great amenities,and a clean quiet environment, then you have to check out the Carriage Homes!
