This is the only doctor’s appointment I physically came to in person (vs virtual) since COVID because I love Dr. White, Cindy, and the team so much! Their new office on the Johnston-Willis Campus is very easy to get to, with easy parking, and the team was welcoming and friendly. My appointment was exactly on time, and Dr. White was compassionate and knowledgeable as always, taking time to sit with me. My prescription was sent in within minutes of me leaving. They also respond to refill/auth requests from my pharmacy in a timely manner as well. Can’t say enough positive things about this practice!
After reading and hearing several horror stories. I almost canceled my EMG test. I'm glad I didn't. Dr. Robert White and his assistant was awesome. My experience seemed to good to be true, well for my husband. Dr. White bedside manners was the icing on the cake. If I have to do it again I will request Dr. White.
Dr. O'Bannon lives up to his 5 star rating in every way. He is completely prepared for each visit and is kind, thorough, and skilled and sage in his advice. His staff is 5 star as well. Thanks to everyone at Neurological Associates.
I am so pleased with Dr. Boyce. I have had 3 other neurologists during my 15 years with my condition, and hands down, he's the best. The most important aspect is he listens and does not judge. My life has been so much better for the last 3 years. Thank you and your team.
When I was first referred to this company I will admit I almost called another company because I was going to have to wait four months for an appointment. I went into the appointment and I practiced everything I was going to say over and over again so I could try to get as much information in as possible in the tiny slot of time I thought I would get with the doctor. Even as a nursing professor doctors still don't give me the time of day or will cut me off mid sentence. I was nervous walking into the appointment but the clerk was super nice and made me feel welcomed. The nurse was awesome and made me feel happy to be there. Everyone kept saying you're going to love Doctor Harris but I know how appointments generally go. I very rarely go to the doctor (once every few years) but there have been many times where I have been rushed and not listened to. Doctor Harris was worth the wait. He sat down and reviewed different things with me, drew pictures and talked to me. I in no way felt rushed or like I had to hurry up and let out my many thoughts I had collected to tell him. He just stayed there with me listened to me and comforted my fears. I don't know how I got so lucky to find such a wonderful neurologist. I got out and called my mom and almost wanted to cry because I found a doctor that was actually concerned about what was going on with me. When you make an appointment with Dr. Harris don't be disheartened because your appointment will be well worth the wait!
