Anyone can goof up. I was told I needed parts to complete a recall on my vehicle, and I was told I would be called when the parts came in. Well, 3 weeks later, talking to 4 different people, being placed on hold, was finally told parts were in, and that repairs could be scheduled.
I was told it would take an hour, and that's about how long it took.
