“I’ve been to uniform city multiple times but I had never been in with my kids. I ventured out with my youngest and knew it would be hard but I could do it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Barbara who stayed by my side the whole time. I told her what color, brand and style I was looking for and sure enough she delivered! Even when I was trying on she would grab me one that was smaller and such. Checking out with a breeze and I left happy and content when I left the store. “This was my first time to this Ross and I was very impressed with the service, the cleanliness and upkeep of the store floor as well as the friendliness of the staff. When we walked in, one of the staff members greeted and welcomed us right at the door. Then as we walked around, a few other staff members greeted us as they saw us. I walked from isle to isle and did not see any clothes on the floor and the clothes, shoes and even furniture were well placed and very pleasing to look at. We stopped in just to look around but we ended up buying clothes just because it was inviting and, well, the prices are good too. As we walked up to the checkout line, another staffer stepped in to check us out so that we didn't really have to stand in a line, which was only 3 deep. A great experience and I'll definitely go back to this particular store.”

“I needed a new bulb in my headlight, I stopped in first thing on a Saturday morning and was seen right away. The technician fixed my light right there in the parking lot. You have to take the whole assembly off to change it and he was friendly and quick. They also checked my regular and high beams before I paid and left. I also felt the price was very fair. If they're back to doing state inspections by the time I need mine I'll give them a try!”

“I went to this location to get some last minute items I needed to prepare myself for the upcoming snow storm & not to my surprise it was crowded. Surprisingly though, I was still able to find all of the items I went there for & all though the line was so long I thought to myself "this pregnant lady in front of me is going in to labor before I check out", the line moved rather fast & because of that I gave this store 5 stars. Oh, and the lady who checked me out had the most pleasant attitude even though she had a line of people waiting to be checked out wrapped around the store.”
