I let the instructors know, and they were super-supportive and offered modifications. I had more fun than I expected and felt like I accomplished a lot. The workout was challenging but went by fast. They're staff and nurses have always been pleasant to deal with and assist my needs 100%too. And the help and patience they have given and shown regarding making sure my prescriptions are filled will forever be appreciated by me especially in light of today's healthcare 'climate'. My doctor is Dr John Whitman and his manner is courteous and respectful always. He fills the shoes well of those Great Ones who have passed before him who treated me. Dr Whitman is foresightful on my condition, prescriptions and age. My goal now is to be their longest patient. They gave me everything else.”
