He worked diligently to try to find someone as soon as possible to fix/replace our system. He communicated with me & was extremely professional & personal! We live in a very quiet town and it can be hard to find what you need right away. The soonest a company could be out would be 12 days! He insisted on calling them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY to ask if there was an opening for someone to come out to me. “Above and beyond! We pulled up, pressed the button for service, and nothing. 10min goes by a car pulled up to a stall beside us, ordered, got served, and was gone. We still had not ordered. We got the waitress's attention and it was discovered the the stall we pulled into was out of order. They quickly got our order, discounted it due to their technical issue with the stall, and promptly brought it out. Everything was great. If you've never been to Sonic get the chili cheese tots...a large order (if you get the small, it's just enough to get you hooked on them), so go ahead and get the large, you won't regret it. They're great!”

The residents can be a bit rude about the parking lot at times, I feel like there could be more activities set up by the staff and not just the residents themselves. A bit of remodeling probably couldn't hurt either. Overall for the price, it is not too bad.”
