“I truly enjoyed and respect the level of service and treatment that me and my 5 children received at Spencer Dental on Mechanicsville. I had made an appointment for all 5 of my children to get a cleaning all for the same day. We waited less than 10 minutes to go to the back to start the cleaning. After the cleaning 4 out of 5 needed to come back to see the orthodontist. Well the orthodontist was available to see all 4 of them on the same visit! Dr. Herrera the Orthodontist was thorough , patient and took his time with each of my children. He also explained his recommendations clearly and made sure I understood his recommendations before he proceeded to the next child! I was also informed that he is not in the office every day and he normally does not be in that late at the office. For me that was nothing but God’s Favor!!! CeCe was at the front desk her energy, her smile and sense of humor made the overall experience extremely pleasant and rewarding!!! All the staff that assisted with my children were all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable of the service that they were providing!!! Job well done to each one of you that made this day a great dental experience for me and all of my children!! I appreciate you all!! See you all again soon!!!????”

The guy working there said he'd been cleaned out but still had a bottle of champagne and some prosecco, and we bought the bottle of champagne. He was very friendly, reminded us not to leave the champagne in a hot vehicle. (It was very hot that day.) My only issue is my fiancee and I were wearing masks indoors (not only for safety and courtesy, but because of the governor's pandemic order--this is June 2020), and the guy there never put one on while we were in the store. I would certainly not expect him to sit there all day with one on, but if the customers are wearing them, you should put one on. We shouldn't have to ask.”
