Rodney gave me the time frame and the options he would try first. When I arrived at the store, Rodney took over and was able to fix my tire which was a new tire that I had purchased several weeks before. Rodney is an excellent serviceman with great customer service. He definitely gave this customer peace of mind, even from the side of the highway. Thanks again Rodney!!”
