Had trouble with my phone, Chikiera was extremely helpful in helping me with it and ultimately purchasing a new phone! Even more, she went above and beyond in helping me set up the new phone and retrieving all of my data!

My visit at the Browns Mill store was beyond amazing. Usually. When I visit some phone carrier stores, you are sometimes ignored. But Chikiera does NOT fit in that category. Upon coming in she greeted me with a bright welcoming to the store. Her friendly and fun personality made me feel just that, welcomed. She was very helpful, and though the store was busy, she gave each of us the same energy. My experience was golden!

A BIG HUGE Thanks to Kiera!!! When I tell you I CAN NOT stop singing her praises. She honestly has the heart of gold and patience like Job. I came in to the store to simply inquire about paying a bill and ended up adding 2 lines for my Kids. With doing this process it turn into a 2 day job. The first day - the system went down it came back up later on that night close to 9pm and Kiera called me and told me she got my Kids phones up and working fine. (This is 3 hours after closing) I was completely shocked and extremely thankful. But I, not being so tech savvy - went back to the store to ask questions about the new phones I had purchased and she walked me through each step. I had an issue with the features on the phone and she went ahead and called Apple support for me. That alone speaks volumes. But to keep it short and sweet - I To Boost, I don’t know where you’ve been hiding this GOD sent Unicorn. But with her on your Team she adds tremendous value to that location, PERIODT!!! THANKS AGAIN Kiera, you are truly AMAZING!!!

Dr McCreary is an absolute professional , and quite the loving artist of her craft. The office is run perfectly as a well trained team would be. I highly recommend this Vetenarian and her wonderful team to take care of you and your fur family members.

My dogs have been seeing Dr. Mccrary for years and I couldn't ask for a better vet. She is excellent at diagnosing, treating and being proactive with my dogs yet doesn't do unnecessary testing. When our dogs have had to have surgery, she calls and checks on them, even in her off hours. I think the first thing that drew me to her was the way she treated my dogs. She got on the floor with them, talked to them, hugged them . . . I could instantly tell from day one that her heart was in her profession. I always highly recommending Dr. McCrary to people with pets. She just can't be beat. She's phenomenal!!!!

We just found our forever vet!! This place is wonderful. They were able to get my sick cat in the same day I called to make an appointment. They spent a lot of time with us and were very informative and wonderful listeners. The vet and staff are all so kind and treated us like family. I am looking forward to bringing our German Shepherd here as well! Thank you Animal Clinic of Eagle Harbor for the wonderful care!!

Even though I wasn't able to go in with my dog, they were fast to call me back, with everything that was going on. They were quick to ask questions and understand what was going on with my pet. Great service.
